I’m partnering with amazing stylist Nicole Longstreath for a free webinar Tame The Chaos In Your Closet (And Your Life) I’d love to see you there!

Want to build a good reputation for your business? Do it through your employees.

Do you use Facebook for your blog or business? (And are we friends?)  If you do, you need to read these 10 Rules of Facebook Etiquette
Do not ask other business pages to “like” your page. It’s so tacky and unprofessional. Instead, engage in conversations as your business page. If people want to check you out, they will. So don’t come over to my page saying you’ve “liked” my page and ask me to “like” you back.

Such a good reminder:
You are here to risk your heart.
You are here to be swallowed up.

What should I make this weekend? Vegan cream of broccoli soup? Or honey almond salmon? Or chickpea burgers with polenta fries? Yum!

Yes! Like what you like:
Get to know yourself a little better. Take a stance on something. Take a step back from pop culture and ask yourself, “do I actually like that?” or “what makes this something I like?” I’ve been asking myself these questions and realizing that, whoa, I’m not as basic as I thought…And while I might feel “weird,” I feel so much more authentically (is that even a word?) ME.

Of course you want to surround yourself with smart, uplifting people. Who should you actively avoid?

If you’re a super serious athlete, have you ever thought of making your own carbohydrate gels?

And if you’re not a super serious athlete: why you’re not losing weight (go ahead and click on this – it’s not what you think!)

Want to be more buzzworthy on social media? Here’s how.
