Want to build a good reputation for your business? Do it through your employees.
Do you use Facebook for your blog or business? (And are we friends?) If you do, you need to read these 10 Rules of Facebook Etiquette
Do not ask other business pages to “like” your page. It’s so tacky and unprofessional. Instead, engage in conversations as your business page. If people want to check you out, they will. So don’t come over to my page saying you’ve “liked” my page and ask me to “like” you back.

ME.
Of course you want to surround yourself with smart, uplifting people. Who should you actively avoid?
