I swear by a handful of daily tasks that inspire + allow me to feel good in my skin.  Some of those include drinking a fresh green juice, getting at least a 30 minute workout in and a minimum of 15 minutes of silence each morning to collect my thoughts and intend on a productive and grateful day.  Need some help getting organized?  Check out my free  ‘Make it Happen’ daily and weekly downloads!   1. The smallest of rituals can just make your day! I used to sleep in for half an hour longer then scramble to get ready for work. Now I get up early and enjoy the silence in the house while I drink my coffee and scour some blogs. It chills me out for the day!
