How to Use Good & Not-So-Good Memories to Empower Yourself

the power of memories

MEMORIES.
Memories come in all forms, shapes and sizes don’t they?  Take, for example, this “good” memory of our pregnancy photo shoot a little under 5 years ago.

Some memories feel so good to look back on, encouraging warm feelings of luck, gratitude, serenity, peace and joy. And other memories, not so much.

INTERESTING– HOW MUCH POWER WE GIVE TO MEMORIES.
The authority to dictate, predict and determine this present moment or a future one. And yet, memories, the lovely and not-so-lovely, are of the past and as such need not have any baring on this present moment let alone your future ones.

Every day is a fresh new beginning for you and humanity alike. A brand new canvas to create as you see fit.

Your not-so-good memories do not own you.
Do not define you.
Do not limit or confine you.

And even the good memories….they are not a whole and complete and total reflection of your creative depth and power. YOU, HERE TODAY, ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN YOUR BEST MOMENTS AND MEMORIES.

Can you hear that?
This means it gets to get even better.
Even bigger.
Even more joyous.

Therefore, as you look back on the good or not-so-good memories and think… “that is who I am,” I invite you to pause, pull your power back to your core, stand up straight if you need and say….

I AM UNLIMITED POTENTIAL SOURCED BY AN UNLIMITED FORCE AND I CHOOSE THE MOST EXPANDED VERSION OF ME.
